The Batavia Coast marina development in Geraldton encompasses a boutique hotel, luxury residential apartments and commercial tenancies. ZMH was engaged to design the overall masterplan of the site through to the design of the individual apartments and hotel suites. Restaurants and cafes located on the ground floor overflow into the street and overlook the ocean panorama. Whilst the residential and hotel apartments take in expansive ocean and marina views. Design features for the development include generous external entertainment areas for all of the apartments. To this end, each of the balconies are enclosed with full height bi-folding doors to provide a natural extension of the internal living space that can be utilized year round.
