Bluewater is a residential development that captures panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Offering the archetypal beach lifestyle, ZMH was commissioned to design for 36 apartments with expansive balconies that overlooked Hillarys to the north and Fremantle to the south. The modern design utilises a natural colour palette and textures complementary of its coastal locale. Other design features include apartment design that centres on spacious living areas and full height windows to capitalise on the natural light.
