The prominent and mirrored Northbridge locations of Metropol and M Square, provided an exciting opportunity for ZMH to design for both sides of the streetscape. The results are complementary and remarkable mixed use developments that are tailored for their urban locale.
Each development includes commercial and residential spaces, communal pools, gymnasiums and recreational facilities, and retail offerings. One if its most noteworthy occupants is the iconic Brika Restaurant at Metropol – a ‘foodie destination’ renowned for its life both in the restaurant and out on the footpath.
